I love doing custom work. Just drop me a line and lets create something fun! Anything that is in your wish-list on having any of my collection custom-made. Custom orders will be quoted based on the mutual agreed specifications. Once it's confirmed it will be completed based on the work orders. Change(s) after a confirmed order is started may add extra costs to the buyer, which will be calculated based on the labors/extra material needed. Before I can ship out your custom order, your confirmation is required by us by sending you photos in email communications.

With so much love with what I do, I put lots of care into all of it... the art, the photos, the descriptions, and the packaging. I love surprises and opening boxes, parcels and letters, on every occasions, birthday, Xmas....... That 's why I too, want to share with you the joy when you open your package and feel like it's your special day, with sweet surprises! I send the ordered item(s) to you in little pouch(es) and some may come tucked into little boxes embellished with vintage fabric, ribbon and all sorts of treats and fun. They're perfect for keeping your new treasures or other tinkles trinkles safe. Or perhaps ready for gift-giving. If you'd like for me to enclose a personalized giftcard, I'd be glad to just make a notation when you make your purchase or custom made order. It is also my pleasure to have the items sent directly to the person you desire to have the gift sent to, if you prefer. It will be wrapped and ready.... as a great big sweet surprise for her (or him) as well!

Orders are always shipped out within 48 hours of payment, International orders are shipped twice weekly.

I only accept payments through paypal (for local and international) for every items purchased and custom made.
As for local (Singapore buyers), I am happy to meet up with you to have them delivered personally so to have the postage saved. Just simply drop me a line :)
♥ refunds and Xchanges ♥
I am sorry if the item(s) you ordered are delivered but did not bring you any satistifaction or joy. I will be happy to offer a refund or exchange (minus shipping costs) on it or them. However, I will appreciate greatly if this is to be done within 10 days of receiving your item(s).
